“The Pink Elephant” Cocktail Recipe

“The Pink Elephant” Cocktail Recipe

Inspired by HedgeComber’s Pink Elephant cocktail recipe, I sought out to make this recipe in large batch format so I wouldn’t need to keep mixing it up for guests during the party. Everything was chilled in advanced so the drink would be ready to serve. You may have also noticed that I substituted lemons in place of the limes. And when in bulk…it didn’t quite look pink…

But it was still delicious! For a batch recipe, here’s the amount break down:

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 750 ml bottle of vodka
  • 4 750 ml bottles of

I chilled the vodka and lemonade the night before so it was nice and cold. I didn’t want to add ice to the pitcher for fear of diluting the cocktail. However, because of how hot it was, I wish I had. Still, guests drank it up and there was nothing left by the end of the night!

To finish off the look, I decorated all the champagne glasses with pink elephants for effect. 🙂
