Ingredients
- 2 oz Hendrick's Lunar Gin
- ¾ oz rosemary simple syrup
- 4-6 oz pomagranate juice add to taste
- 1 tsp sugar (optional for sugar rim)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional for sugar rim)
Instructions
- Add syrup, gin & juice to cocktail glass
- Stir
- Enjoy!
Notes
If sugar rim is desired, grind rosemary leaves into sugar using mortar or food processor. Dip glass in rosemary syrup then dip into sugar to rim. Follow cocktail instructions.
