Flower Moon Cocktail

Servings: 1 cocktail

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Juicer
  • Punch glass / Teacup
  • Jar of hibiscus flowers in syrup

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Elderflower liqueur
  • ½ oz Hibiscus syrup from hibiscus jar
  • ¾ oz Lime juice ~1 lime juiced
  • 2 oz Hendrick's Lunar Gin
  • 1 Hibiscus flower from hibiscus jar
  • Champagne OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Chill glass in freezer while mixing your cocktail
  • Add elderflower liqueur, hibiscus syrup, lime juice and gin to cocktail shaker
  • Shake vigorously
  • Remove glass from freezer and place hibiscus flower at bottom of glass
  • Strain from cocktail shaker over flower into glass
  • Serve as is or top with some bubbly to lessen the bitter
  • Enjoy!
