Ingredients

thyme

raspberries

simple syrup

lemon
or 1 oz lemon juice
1 1/2
oz
Hendrick's Lunar Gin
1
bottle
Elderflower lemonade
Instructions
Add one sprig of thyme and 4-5 raspberries to cocktail shaker
Muddle
Add simple syrup, gin & lemon to cocktail shaker
Shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with raspberry and sprig of thyme
