Sugar Moon Cocktail

Servings: 1 cocktail

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Champagne Glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Hendrick's Lunar Gin
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ¾ oz lemon juiced ~½ lemon
  • Sparkling wine to top a sweeter versus a dry sparkling is best for this
  • 1 Rock candy for garnish

Instructions

  • Add gin, syrup and lemon juice to cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Shake vigorously then set aside
  • Place rock candy into champagne glass
  • Strain mixture into champagne glass over rock candy
  • Top with sparkling wine
  • Enjoy!
