Ingredients
1 ½
oz
Hendrick's Lunar Gin
¾
oz
simple syrup
¾
oz
lemon juiced
~½ lemon
Sparkling wine to top
a sweeter versus a dry sparkling is best for this

Rock candy
for garnish
Instructions
Add gin, syrup and lemon juice to cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake vigorously then set aside
Place rock candy into champagne glass
Strain mixture into champagne glass over rock candy
Top with sparkling wine
Enjoy!
