We do not accept returns, however please contact us at sales@cheerswithchelsea.com with any questions or concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Lost In The Mail
Unfortunately, packages sometimes get lost in the mail. All orders once shipped will have a USPS tracking number. Please contact your local post office with the tracking information if you believe your order is lost before reaching out to us to resolve the issue. If you’ve accidentally put the wrong address on your order, please let us know before it is shipped. If it is shipped, it will usually be returned as Return to Sender, and we will contact you for the correct address.
