Toddling through a Pumpkin Patch
I was saving our visit to the pumpkin patch as a separate post, even though it was the same location because I wanted to really allow the Little Monster to wander through the rows of pumpkins and explore on her own.
Utilizing the value of our season passes, we returned once again to Dell’Osso Family Farms and made a beeline for the patch. Our little Monster LOVED getting free range of the patch. We also discovered that pumpkins are perfect sitting height for toddlers.
It was really perfect getting to spend all this time in the patch with no plans. This might be what I try to repeat next year.
What are your house rules for picking a pumpkin to take home? My family’s rule when I was a child was that if we could carry the pumpkin to the car, we could take it home.
