Pink Moon Cocktail
I always consider Spring more of the start of the year (or at least, it is when I tend to get a more renewed motivation to create) and since we are entering the Pink New Moon around April Fool’s Day, it seemed like an appropriate time to re-introduce my Pink Moon Cocktail. I wanted to share this well before the full moon on April 16th. Hopefully this gives interested mixologists enough time to collect the ingredients.

Notes
I created this cocktail about a year ago from a desire to experiment with Hendrick’s Lunar Gin. In tandem, I enjoyed creating my Thirteen Ghosts Dark Zodiax cocktails so much, that I had been looking for an excuse to create another themed mixology collection. Thus, the idea for my Lunar gin moon cocktail series was born! If you are a selenophile and purveyor of Gin cocktails, I am certain this latest cocktail series is for you.
I will be attempting to create all of my cocktails with Hendrick’s Lunar gin. I know not everyone is a fan of Henrick’s, but their Lunar gin is really something special. I’ve created a beautiful handful of cocktails with it. I cannot wait to share the results of my gin cocktail experimentations, moving on to May’s Flower Moon cocktail at the end of April.
Since this pink moon cocktail recipe has been floating around on Instagram for some time, I’m curious to know if you’ve tried mixing it yourself. Let me know!
