Sips & Spirits Virtual Party

Come hang out around the bar for a Sips & Spirts virtual party on Instagram Live this Saturday, January 29th at 6PM PST! This party is open to anyone interested in joining in. Just grab a glass, open up Instagram (on your phone OR a web browser!) and head over to Sips & Spirits’ Instagram account.

We’ve created two new original cocktails especially for this weekend and we’re rather pleased with the results. We are encouraging party-goers to give a try at mixing up either mine or Erick’s cocktails. Just click on one of the buttons for the ingredients and recipe.

I created the “Fruits of the Afterlife”, a saké based cocktail with ginger and pomegranate. My goal was to create something that was classy, but also had a major winter vibe. I definitely feel that I accomplished this and am especially proud that for such a sophisticated-feeling libation, it was rather simple to mix up.

Erick’s cocktail is just as delightful, successfully pulling off tropical escapism vibes. He used rum, tequila and pineapple juice, which is simply shaken together. The flavors come together in such an interesting and complex way that you wouldn’t expect.

To celebrate, a handful of Very Important Spooks got a party box which I was very excited to create and ship out.

The response to these boxes has been overwhelming! I CANNOT wait to create another party box in the future. It was just too much fun.
